Boomer, during your weekly scouring of the internet were you able to find even 1 company with a financing agreement like the one between Chutjian and H3 Enterprises? Since you have stated multiple times that this type of financing is common and I have said it is uncommon (actually unheard of), I think this issue should be put to rest. Common or not common; there should be no room for middle ground or misunderstanding. It is clearly one or the other. If it is truly common, you should have no problem providing the names of at least a few examples. For some reason you have ignored repeated requests to address this issue.

Since people here respect what you have to say, your blessing of the note as common practice has many implications. To preserve the integrity of this message board you need to explain how you came to this conclusion or retract your statement.

I stand ready to be corrected and issue the appropriate appologies if you can show your statement is accurate. I expect the same from you, as I don't believe you would purposely provide misleading information about the company to those who read the board.
