the O/S increased by around 50 million shares since september and the ceo stated he is looking into other financing deals.

in the pinks when you finance you sell shares to a third party capital/equity group at a discounted price. then they sell those shares into the O/S.

also i see thehelm pointed out how the buys outnumbered the sells 11-2 on friday. WHEN THE BUYS ARE THAT MUCH GREATER WITH NO TO VERY LITTLE UPWARD MOVEMENT, YOU CAN BET YOUR A$$ THEY DILUTIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
