Let's just say there is dilution, what's been gained???? Let's be REAL generous and say $500k was generated. Big deal. $500k?? Peanuts. And in the process you've destroyed the company's future investment potential? That just doesn't make sense. And it can't be a company ploy to drive the price down to pick up a lot of cheapies 'cause who's gonna sell the cheapies? Not like there's a large base of shareholders here huge amounts of non-restrictive shares!
