I disagree. If the divy's arrive there has been no official time lines on restriction. It doesn't matter If it ever happens This PPS will plummet when and if the unverified restriction is lifted.
Meanwhile back at the dilution cave Dogmei and Garr will be working overtime (even on Saturday) printing up those shares on that new improved chinese dilution machine. It is going to be a busy 6 months.

Nobody will buy under these circumstances. These guys change the rules in the middle of the game.
