PDGE -- Turnaround?

I have been disappointed with this company for almost the entire time I have owned them. I have backed up the truck and loaded up in the current price range. I am by no means an expert but the financials look much better from a year ago.

I would be interested in opinions from the skilled investors on this board.

A big thank you to 10 bagger. I bought DPDW at .55 and have been riding it up. Thanks!

If PDGE does not belong on this board I apologize. This is where I first read about it.
