I'm no Lawyer, but I don't believe we as "Investors" have any recourse against A@P or anyone except perhaps SEVU. The investment community could file suit against SEVU if we determine a reasonable case to claim that the company has intentionally misrepresented facts or failed to materially defend the A@P claims, but it wouldn't be easy, and possibly not in our best interest unless we liquidated our positions as a result.

I've seen a couple of posts where people have offered to contribute in the event of a suit. That's commendable and we all want to help, but if a suit were to be filed and SEVU were to prevail, A@P (or whomever) would be responsible for legal fees as well as damages.

Again, I'm no lawyer, and I may be completely wrong, so take this as nothing more than BB hype, but it may be worth consideration.
