First and formost the lettle guy needs his straw man to close on the land 6 million plus. Need a clean title (but leans are being put on the land from the judgments on the lettle guy) Still no health dept approvals that will take another 2 to 4 months. As for contracts what a joke 64 million in BS contracts and LOIs. Just ask BIG BROTHER
