I hope you stick around to help fight the coming battle against these crooks. There is no way they should be allowed to walk away after all the lies they told us. Myself and I am quit sure most others here know that Pink Sheet stocks are risky bussines.
When someone flat out lies with the intent to defrued investers in should be illegal, even with a safe harbor statement.
PR after PR were written telling of all the accomplishments that were being made with our money. Now it appears that the only reason for the PR's was to keep us happy and to sucker in new investors. If this behaior was legal then there is something gravely wrong with the stock market and our legal system.
