Shareholder meeting info-

Hi folks; I received a call back from Spooz today after leaving a message for them inquiring about the shareholders meeting.

They made it a point to say they are VERY busy right now, but still will execute a shareholders meeting in late May or (more likely) June.

Read the tea leaves here folks-

- I got a call back; that is no ordinary customer service; it was more than they needed to do at this busy time
- They are VERY busy
- A shareholder meeting is on the way

Doesn't sound like they're trying to hide, imo. Quite the contrary. Very forthright and open.
