My NOBRAINER pick is CDTR.OB.

Chinese/Asian Credit and Debit Card Processor. Reported excellent growth on their 10-K and forecasted a strong Q1 and 2008. Q1 10Q is due on Thursday (15 May) next week.

There has also been significant insider buying.

Main downside is not terribly liquid.
