We are on similar plains of thought. The certificates/share structure is the issue - I concede that fact. Although, value will not be assigned to the “new certs” or structure until Brokerages begin trading under a new symbol. Hence, the last step in this process is now waiting on the approval of a New Ticker.

Example: What value does XYZ have if a liquid market is not provided enabling buyers/sellers a marketplace.
