Stolen Words....IAHL 'Buyback Thoughts'....

"Referencing the Authorized stock count objective of 10m...

"The Company is reasonably certain that it will achieve these requirements and will aggressively pursue its overall business plan."

And, certainly, a realistic statement. No overstepping. Nothing far-flung. Sticking with reality. Paying heed to the need of a greater than 60% reduction in the company's Outstanding stock count while maintaining a viable shareholder base number. And doing so at lowest possible cost. At reasonable cost. Huge amounts of monies involved in successfully executing the initial stages of the company's business plan. Capital sourced from parties having very understandably established associated "requirements". The understandable minimizing of overall risk. And the costs associated with company legal getting the M&A job completed? Not to mention the rest of it? Inclusive of ongoing Integrity kits storage costs. And far more. The bottom line being that an overall successful conclusion to business plan goings-on in full -- at this juncture -- far transcends the "reasonably certain". Logic dictating. A matter of simply awaiting the arrival of the buyback formality. That awaited no less by the company's bankers. The meeting of indeed associated "requirements". And when all is said and done? Well, it's been said…

"The company … will aggressively pursue its overall business plan."

[ will aggressively pursue ]

Inclusive of becoming fully reporting.

The coming filings formality. The coming wires-based announcements. The local mainstream media becoming again involved. The Bellwether Report folks and ilk. The institutional. The rest of it. Going to be absolutely huge. To no less a degree than if Thrush had gone public directly. And then factoring in 100% of Bays - Hughes and Integrity Aircraft, Inc. and the eastern European association/connection. And far more. Our current "joke" indeed of a pps being entirely dismissable. A circumstance on the verge of vaporizing in a proverbial instant. A massive breakout in the making. Then-TSXT's rapid ascent to $1.01 being far exceeded in more ways than one. With no looking back.

And again...
