gotinearly: Good question. An answer could be inferred from CSMG's public statement of 02 July 2008: "Information regarding procedures using the technology and technical information regarding the technology will be removed from our web site pending FDA clearance."

To recall it, LTC president Frank D'Amelio (formerly of Gyrus AMCI) has shepherded over 200 medical devices through regulatory mazes. Thus, it's a good bet CSMG/CTGI adheres to written and unwritten rules of FDA engagement during pending 510(k) approval process, which approval allows for U.S. marketing of given LTC devices.
