ISYM..this appeared on todays daily list stating:05/12/2008|Plan of Bankruptcy effective 8/9/2000 **|||U|Y|

does this mean the ticker will be obsolete on monday and the shares worthless? Or, according to a 10KSB of Apr 15 08, that this could be a shell stock, with 1mil O/S, and possibly ready for a rm?

thanks..i did buy some today, sold some, and held some jsut in case?
