The Securities and Exchange Commission on Thursday moved to revoke or suspend all classes of securities for two South Florida companies: American Kiosk Corp. and Austin's International.
American Kiosk (Pink Sheets: AKIS) had its corporate charter revoked by the state in 2001 when its registered agent resigned. It was formerly located at 440 PGA Blvd., Suite 500, in Palm Beach Gardens. Its chairman and president was listed as Richard Michael in state records.
