Interesting info here. Ok, so well, some time ago I posted my thoughts about David Comeau possibly becoming our new CEO as Kaley & associates, so I thought, had "done the deed" and will move away from that position. Now, I have proof. According to the SOS, on 3/17/2008 David Comeau is indeed listed as and signed as the CEO of Imagitrend, Inc. The nature of the document was to change the name from Imagitrend, Inc. to Castle Technologies, Inc. There is also a previous consensual document dated 3/6/2008 explaining that the Board of Directors approved of the name change and where David Comeau was listed as and signed as the SOLE director of Imagitrend, Inc. It's official. :)
