I should have seen the red flag when 1 and a half billion shares where issued by the company. When the company was dumping at such low prices shows now they knew there was not much to propel the stock to pennies or the company would have waited for a much higher price to unload the stock on us. Then Chad could have really bragged how he raised 5,000,000 for Pete instead of 900,000+
