So If I hear you correct, your saying... Gil appoints them board members, then they get free shares, and then they sell them to us?

Sounds like a sweet deal.. sign me up.

oh I left out the part where Gil buys the shares back... like the other day...
Seriously though I would expect some major pumping to happen if board members were selling shares. They would probably want a good price for there services...

If they had say 3 million shares to sell, wouldn't they maipulate the PPS up with a million shares and push the price up and sell them?
