Chances are the landlords hold lots of RSPG shares, so they have an interest for RSPG to become a money making Co. We all know the land is a valueable assett. If it still applies RSPG had the rights to buy out the property if they wanted to. I believe all RSPG has to do is come up with the rent they owe and we will be on our way. Its that simple and some news should be out shortly. Buzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.
