Think about it? if they were going to merge with a company but didn't have enough saved up, don't you think they are looking for other merger companies. Most companies just don't give up, they always have a plan B. They have money save up and now i am just waiting for the plan B to come along. Why would anyone be suprised if they say they are merging with another company, it seems that is what they want to do, just b/c it didn't work the first time is not a reason to give up. I see this going some where.
