Hear, hear, lilchoker's got that one right.
Let me tell you what a negative bb will do to newbies? Guess? Wow, that didn't take much time. And all it takes is a bad mouth (and there are people out there who are just negative, let's face it, we've all met them). The positives in this company are worth an average down, and I don't say that lightly (having done that very same thing several times and learned a huge lesson). THAT IMVOHO.
