It is amazing that all the recent new 'regulations' concerning selling short does not show up in effect. How is it possible that hedge funds and MM can bypass all the regulations even those that are there to prevent the bypass.
It is hard enough competing against other traders for a profit, but trying to make some money when illegal practices are used is down right dirty.
