I'll tell you what this CEO could have done, he could have waited for his public announcement until after the caveat emptor was removed allowing you all to receive a nice run before he tanked it with the news of increasing the shares by 1/3. He didn't.
I sold the day of the announcement and made money, not because I'm so smart, but because I've been dumb before. If you place any trust in any of these pink sheet stocks ever you are a dreamer and a gambler. I hurt myself patting myself on the back that evening.
Never sit on any profit, don't get greedy, if you wait long enough you will get screwed. Good luck to you all, you are a great group and I wish you well. I've enjoyed reading this board.
