Here a clue. When you start reading the PR's and headlines for a OTC or pinksheet you're probably already deep in the red. Soon the volume is get weaker and weaker, then it continues to slowly get worse and worse. After several weeks you'll wish you had sold the day you started reading all those PR's and headlines.
