bigworld...I've stated before

that the SEC is not finished with Cytogenix. There has been zero communications between the SEC and Cytogenix posted in the CYGX filings.

Letters from the SEC are posted as form ; UPLOAD

Replies from Cytogenix are posted as form ; CORRESP

And though Cytogenix has said a number of times in its recent filings that has received SEC communications and letters and given replies none of it has been posted in the CYGX filings.

Why?

Because these are not filed during an open investigation or while open and/or unaddressed issues remain. That none of the communications back and forth has been filed by the SEC into the EDGAR database indicates to me an that open investigation exists. (Except for the self-serving Special Committee Report which was filed as via a 8K filing)

The LW & FV's complaints which prompted the SEC finally turning its eye to Cytogenix were not alone. Not so hard really when you have John Reed Stark's personal email address, Chief of the Office of Internet Enforcement (OIE) in the Division of Enforcement of the SEC. Mr. Stark actually included in his course material in his last semester at Georgetown the case of the Cytogenix founder Howard Turney aka Prince Lazarus Long and his New Utopia Territory (NUT) scam.
