Ulysses Holding Corp. (PINKSHEETS: UHCR) today announced that The Board of Directors of Ulysses Holding Corp. ("The Company") has already approved a name change and has filed/recorded it with The Secretary of State to Ulysses Diversified Holdings Corporation. The effective date will be May 8, 2008; this is the date when new certificates will be ready for exchange/surrender with the pay date the following day May 9, 2008.
