However *IF* he *NOW* sells 200K worth of the stock *he currently holds*

They were NOT shares he currently held just further options so once again you show your low level of reading comprehension or is it intentional misrepresentation ? He still holds ~500K shares. Look at it from his point of view he could hold onto those options and take a $6.6m hit or take a quick $1m profit.
Considering AMD share price isn't really going to take off for another six/nine months I know which will I would do.
