I don't see YA losing money. Those guys are pros at what they do. YA will cover by buying the shares back and keep those warrants. The warrants will be worth more if the hand Tom the certs for 500M shares and thats half the float.

Earnings calculation will be ridiculous.

YA can recover their money and make Tons by selling 134M shares @ 0.10 = $13.4M for investing about $4M.
