Ok, so far I follow you except for the part "or at least erhc's owned percentage of the sub".

That's where I get loss, if the sub starts buying and exploring different assets, WE as ERHE OTCB/NASDAQ share holders won't own that? So the sub's SP will go up but not ours. I the Sub was 100% owned by ERHE (meaning us) then I get it, but it's when we start talking about "Erhe owning a part of it" that I don't follow.

Anyone please pipe in, this is not area of expertise at all!
