Yes, we own Lime Truck which is the operation of the previous Lime Truck plus Lime Media. We will run all the trucks and all the nationwide advertising activities. There was an advertising agency function within Lime Media that was taken out by a few of the old management team members, into a new company called Lime Media Group, Inc. Our operation going forward will be headed by Melody Mayer, Chief Operations Officer. She was previously of course with Lime Media. There is an advertising agreement such that the advertising agency of Lime Media Group has an exclusive obligation to first come to Lime Truck for any mobile advertising, before they can go to any other mobile advertising company. The beauty with this arrangement, I believe, is that we have a very "friendly" advertising agency that can now focus on the sales of mobile advertising nationwide and they don't have to worry about the operational aspects, and we get to do all the actual advertising campaigns. The contracts with new clients will also be with our Lime Truck, Inc. in addition to Lime Media Group.



We will show for the shareholders more about the operation and clients as we go. The financials, i.e. the audit will be filed within 71 days per SEC regulation.
