pure speculation
leverage 1bil$ into 8bil , profit 8% about 640mil, 2bil shs out on a one to one ratio .32cents share
at PE ten 3bucks total speculation pie in the sky but it would be nice
then a yheee haa would be apropriate

the problem is at 2cents Chang will have $30,000,000 can management be trusted at these levels, integrity realy comes into playe here.
