Shareholders would at least get the satisfaction of knowing that Sandy got his hand slapped . . . and maybe more.

As things now stand and if this scam is to continue, the only way I can imagine it happening is for a severe R/S to take place. Those of us longs who have a few million shares will wind up with a handful of shares that will represent (an asset?) worth pennies on the dollar.
