If the float changed Ron should be able to say. It should not be a secret IMO. The disclosure said they intend to continue to use 504 and 506 for funds. The intent is disclosed. But I agree dilution will be controlled and done for reasons that will further their progress and thus revs. All along I felt that the wording was very careful regarding OS. They never said that the OS has not changed SINCE the dates mentioned in the disclosure. Ron may have said or implied that but I feel that may have been him not being aware yet. Of course officially we don't know if OS is changed but the likelihood is that it has. But as you say controlled and reasonable. They will tell us soon.
