I think an R on the side of the name. What ever the mark it will be easy to see.
You must be careful, if the shares show up in your account and they are listed as not restricted do not trade them.
The way you will know this is you try to trade them. If the brokerage allows the trade call them and tell them they are suppose to be restricted.
It is a trick some brokers have used to flood the market with shares that are suppose to be restricted.
This is illegal but they get away with it.
They will then force you to buy the restricted shares you sold at a higher price.
I have seen this happen.
