Oops Ed Chin sold controlling interest (80 %) of Magestone to Sequiam, now once again, owns those assets?

BTW - I called to speak to Ed Chin, phone rang once then dead (Both numbers) no voice mail and no recording. Tried to call back three more times, same thing. Funny I had a simular response when I tried to contact another Sequiam business partner, Techoma Technologies on a different occasion. The phone rang and rang with no answer. It was at 3:00 pm during there peak business time.
