you will find there is no share to short a stock do to limited left short shares, meaning there is to much demand for this particular stocks to short it and there is now shares left to short, it is very common in the stock market, in particular stocks that are in the NS list.
Its also depend on your broker and you will find other broker that still have shares to short and will let you do so.
