yeah but the reverse things leads to the thought of a possible scam.. especially when the shell was already thin..

this is a clean micheal anthony shell.. not a 500 million diluted shares structure..

they want to knock of all exsiting shareholders, and start with a fresh brew with there own 504's shares..
