I called up Scottrade, and I can pick some up for .031 (that is the ask).

Sure beats .034, even though I don't think I will purchase any shares...I really know nothing about the company (similar to my stance on ETLS).

If you think stocks are going to do well, I definitely thank you for sharing your tips, as I would do the same. If you can back it up with a reason though, that would be great appreciated...
