My guess is that since GenoMed is under no legal pressure to get the 10-K out, there are probably a number of priorities that Dr. Moskowitz has been juggling this past month, and presently, and the 10-K report keeps getting pushed back. It will most likely come out within the next day or so. And I'm sure Dr. Moskowitz is going over the wording of this report with a fine toothed comb. It's quite likely that some fine tuning is being done which means some back and forth action between the good Dr. and compliance.

I don't expect much in the way of revenue, but, depending on how the 10-K is worded, a lot can be learned from these reports.
