(OTCBB: FLIP), an acquisition and development Company generating positive cash-flow on over $7 Million in annual sales for 2007, today announced that it has retained the International consulting firm of Packer Engineering, Inc. to complete the engineering work and specifications needed for its patent-pending cell phone translation technology utility patent application.
