SENS, just got off phone with Mr. Kendall. He was relying on his auditors as to how much time they had to file. It came as a complete surprise to him.

I asked him if they would for sure be able to file next week and he said... YES! was very emphatic.

I asked him what it was going to take to get off the pinks and he said he didnt know, this has never happened to him before.

fwiw, I believe him and am going to hold till next week for the filing...
