Pinksheets SEC filing just over a year ago - there are historical quarterlies still available even after the ticker switch from ogna to hfbv.
Yes they used to report.
It may be a year or even two before it happens again. I hope not but that's my guess. I disagree with whoever the earlier poster was that said that they should worry about otcbb status because it's too "time consuming and resources should be allocated to sales". I understand the sentiment. But there's nothing like shareholder valuation and we're not going to get a true one until they report.
And no that doesn't mean a PR with some numbers in it. Even though I trust these guys, I know for a fact that other investors are going to look at numbers in a PR of a non-reporting company and sigh.
