We are in with PZG if they had bought another concession, which is not the case here. The print reads " strategic alliance " merging exploration expertise and reducing overlapping expenses. A trade off in favour of PZG since they have the monies to continue exploration and the other party had similar goods in the ground as San Miguel and Palmarejo but limited funds, if any, all within the same rich belt. Seems a marriage of complementing convenience. The answers are big question marks where the 30 % participation ends. Time will tell. A PR from Tara regarding this uncertainty in clear language is a definite MUST and SOON
