OK, i just e-mailed Tim Lee and it sounds like a false alarm.... This is what he wrote me:

Scott can only sell a certain amount of shares in a given period of time. In other words he could not dump all those shares out asap. I would have to say look at his track record and what he has sold. This guy has to live like the rest of us and has really NOT abused what he sells at all. I would also say if I owned as many shares as Scott does I would want to take some profit to. Also this planned sale if he chooses to sell any is a personal thing and nothing to do with what the company is doing.
