your trying to slide away from your original statement. You posted ONLY two of the reasons they may not be providing quotes. By doing this you are trying to influance people by showing only these two reasons, and it's conveanant that the two are the two worst. Again nothing states that these are the two reasons they are not quoting it.

So why did you choose to only post two of the five or six possibilities they may have used for their choice to not quote? Would have been just as easy to copy-paste as I did.
