Been watching it for quite a while since buying into the hype. Guess it's a lost cause since I get no answers from the IR dept on none insider questions.

His full hand will show if he keeps diluting rather then paying off with cash. He has nothing financially to lose unlike the commoner. It could become very embarassing to his family though as many will not go down quietly.

I understand you still have faith in him but myself I have loss some with his actions involving YA after they supposedly told him he could not pay off the legacy with cash yet he turned around after they slapped him in the face and continued to do business with them. If we don't get anything with the price we paid for the shell then he is a scammer and deserves a louisville.

If the ownership (10%) of Zeropoint comes with the shell then I can understand the reason behind the ridiclus price we paid by buying it along with it's inherited debt.
