Buzz, I agree, everyone knows rates need to start back up, nervous nellies knee jerk reaction thinking rates will go up earlier than later, I don't think Greenspan will do anything to hurt the perception of this ecomomy in an election year - I think you are right, no rate hikes until after the election, but even if we get 25 basis points before then no big deal
