Merchantpark VP Invited to Speak at COMDEX

SAN DIEGO - Rahim Fazal, Executive Vice-President of Merchantpark
Communications, has been invited to speak at COMDEX Vancouver 2002.
Mr. Fazal will sit on a panel entitled "Working at Home: Wireless for SOHO
and Beyond" on March 21, 2002 with representatives from several mobile
companies including Bell Mobility.

Wireless is a natural fit in the residence as homes are often even more
difficult to wire for data and broadband communications than commercial
buildings. A broad range of residence-oriented wireless voice and data (and
combined voice/data) products are now on the market, and we're seeing the
beginning of the deployment of residential gateways, which have strong
wireless components. Mr. Fazal will explore how the home office worker,
remote home-based worker and even small-office firms can take advantage of
wireless for both convenience and simplicity and how Merchantpark's

role in this process.
