Here is the mistake you have made. Ergo a pump that works and cause the pumpers to sell would be when the stock price is already high and the company is overvalued. You have to understand, right now the market cap of ADCS is ONLY around 750K!!! I know SHELLS that have higher market caps than that. How can this get pumpers to sell when it is still SOOOO undervalued??
