Charts are useless w/NEOP. No volume for charting. This company has real products and steady income with two drugs in phase 3. There has been zero pumping. Only a few bashers. Its climbing by itself on drug development news. If either of their drugs hit this thing will make the bashers look like idiots.
You need to read the boards at RB and IV for background. Those guys are long for years and know it well. Their chart expert sees support at .43 and expects it to blow out the old high of $1.10 by year end. Dutton has a $1.50 target. WBB is $2. I'd be more worried selling than buying here.
